Rayani Air’s Air Service License was revoked by the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) after learning they had breached the conditions of the license.  The airline was also found to now have the finances and management to continue operating as a commercial airline.

On May 25, 2016, Rayani Air was issued a show-cause letter after it completed its evaluation on the airline and required written representation within 14 days to determine whether or not their license would be suspended or revoked.  After reviewing the submitted representation, MAVCOM decided to revoke the airline’s license.

Customers who have purchased tickets that will not be able to used, can request a refund which Rayani Air will be held liable for.
